16 “ ^aWash yourselves, ^bmake yourselves clean;
^cRemove the evil of your deeds from My sight.
^dStop doing evil,
17 Learn to do good;
^eSeek justice,
Rebuke the oppressor,
^fObtain justice for the orphan,
Plead for the widow’s case.

Says the Lord,
“ ⁱThough your sins are as scarlet,
They shall become as white as snow;
Though they are red like crimson,
They shall be like wool.
19 “ ^jIf you are willing and obedient,
